Glimmer founder, Shelley-Ann Pieterse, is proud to be a female leader in the technology, consulting and coaching arena. As a Managing Director at Accenture, a global technology consulting company, she specialised in large-scale technology transformations and has sold and delivered multiple projects both globally and locally during her 22 year consulting career. Her experience and successful track record spans industries and countries, working with both large and small teams. She therefore understands and has lived the personal and professional challenges in navigating the business landscape.

"I have been working with my own coaches for almost 20 years, but their impact was really felt when I was heading towards burnout for the second time and knew something had to fundamentally change.
